Backing up abit now

I think I am going to Refocus here, Which is hard for a 50 year old with ADHD, I just look like I am focused.  

Got part of the garden planted, and waiting for the plot to be tilled where thee LARGE garden is going, got slowed down a lot by a flood in the Midwest and this has taken all the time we had for gardening to clean up after the flood.  We have very good friends that we are helping clean up their river front restaurant that was flooded.  Record Floods really SUCK!  I grew up less than a mile from the Illinois River and I can say this is one of the worst so far. 

Really looking forward to Canning season this year, have several new recipes to try.  My husband always asks if canning season is ever over, I would say no! Baking bread is also something I would love to master, but still not right, close, but not right.  I might think about sourdough, growing up we had Sourdough everything, would LOVE some pancakes right now.  Sounds like a plan.

I was asked to review the Kroger Spring Dinner.  I was given coupons for Free merchandise to write this review.  Loved the Cake and Frosting, biscuits, and loin.  The Kroger Homestyle Mac and Cheese my family thought was a bit salty for there taste, but they ate it anyway.

Simple Truth from Kroger

I joined BuzzAgent awhile back and have been having fun with the the Campaigns they have.  So far my favorite has been the Simple Truth.  As far as everything they have to offer I have not tried it all.  But the best thing is the Almond Milk, that we have tried so far.  They sent a Cucumber/Something soda in the package, well, everyone in the house tried it and it came back a big NO.  Something about cucumber as a soda just did not sit right.

Back to the milk, Almond milk that is, my kids are hooked on the Chocolate Almond milk, I have bought 4 half gallons in 2 weeks.  That is really good as along with the Chocolate, regular White is also drank.  YEA!!

Loot Crate???

I am a gamer! Not in the sense that teens are, but I like to play video games. Favorite right now and has been for awhile is Skyrim. Can play for hours, but I DO NOT like the ones like Black Ops and Halo, nothing wrong with them, my son plays all the time...just not for me, I need a puzzle I guess. But anyway, I just signed up for something cool. Thanks to Little C for making me and whining and bribing me all last night. it is called Loot Crate, I guess they send out onece a month a box of geek and gamer stuff. Loot Crate I am wondering what these boxes can have in them, I did do a YouTube search and saw some of past crates. So will let you know what happens.
